Complete VATS right upper lobectomy plus lymphadenectomy

Abstract

A 65-year-old female patient was admitted due to “cough and expectoration for one week”. A computed tomography (CT) scan showed patchy shadow on the apical segment of the right upper pulmonary lobe, and therefore a peripheral pulmonary tumor in the right upper lobe was considered (Figure 1).
