abstract = {We used the powered vascular staple (PVS) instead of the conventional staple technique [the utilization of the powered linier cutter (PLC)] or ligation for total 23 segmental or subsegmental bronchi with less than 10 mm in the bronchial luminal size on computed tomography (CT) in thoracoscopic segmentectomy. Our results suggested that the availability of the PVS represents a novel advance in the armamentarium and may have a possibility of being pervasive widely however, more observative periods and further sample accumulation are needed.},
