Ying-Shi Sun, MD

Dr. Sun is currently Professor and Chairman of Dept. Radiology dedicated to diagnostic imaging in malignancies at Peking University Cancer Hospital in Beijing, China and received his doctorate from Peking University in 2007. 

Dr. Sun began working as a radiologist since 1996 in China Medical University, and he has over 20 years’ experience in diagnostic imaging. He worked in Peking University Cancer Hospital in 2007 where he became Professor and Chairman of Dept. Radiology in 2014.

Dr Sun’s research focuses on the implementation of multi-modality imaging and new imaging techniques in precise staging, curative effect evaluation and prognosis evaluation of common malignant tumors.

He has been Principal Investigator on over national and provincial or ministerial level projects. 

He has published over 200 papers, and has edited as imaging section of “China's colorectal cancer diagnosis and treatment standard (2017 Edition)" by the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
