Jie Dai, MD, PhD

Dr. Jie Dai is a graduate of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital Tongji University. He received a doctoral degree from the University of Sheffield and was a joint Ph.D. candidate at Mayo Graduate School. During his study, he was awarded as presentation and poster in the European Conference on General Thoracic Surgery. His major research interest includes genetics and epidemiology of lung cancer. He mainly focuses on the relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer, including pathogenesis and prognosis. In recent years, he has several SCI publications and is one of the editorial board members of several books.
