Clinical implication of the new TNM classification of thymic malignancies

With the advent of the 8^th edition of TNM classification of malignant tumors, for the first time there is an official stage classification system for thymic malignancies [thymoma, thymic carcinoma (TC) and neuroendocrine tumors of the thymus (NETT)] (1-3).
