Abstract

Aortic stenosis (AS) is frequently interwoven with coronary artery disease (CAD) due to shared risk factors. As a consequence, CAD is found in a substantial proportion of patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in contemporary studies, ranging between 45% and 75% according to various definitions.
