AB027. Benign metastasizing leiomyoma: a rare cause of diffuse pulmonary nodules

Abstract: Benign metastasizing leiomyoma (BML) is a rare cause of pulmonary nodules that occurs when uterine leiomyomas metastasize to the lung. The management of these lesions varies from resection and hysterectomy to nonsurgical treatments such as hormonal therapy. Herein we report a 60-year-old patient with diffuse variant size lung nodules mimicing metastatic pulmonary malignancy.
