Professor Wolfgang Oertel: research on Parkinson Disease—big step forward, more problems to research

Wolfgang Oertel is the Professor for Neurology and director of the Department of Neurology at the Philipps University Marburg, Germany (Figure 1). He obtained his MD at the University of Berlin, and completed his postgraduate neuroscience training at the National Institute of Mental Health, Maryland, USA.
